Cheap Car Rent Orlando
If you're planning a trip to Orlando, there are several websites you can use to search for a cheap rental car:
Hertz
Before you perform a search, click the Special Offers menu link to see what Hertz is currently offering. Depending on the time of year, you will see anything from a free weekend rental day to a $35 coupon for a weekly rental. If there is a deal that you want to use, click its link and take note of the code that's displayed on its page. You'll enter this when you go back to the homepage and perform your search.
If you're flying into Orlando International Airport, type MCO into the Renting City blank. You can then enter your pick up date and time, as well as the date and time when you will return your rental. After selecting your age, you can choose whether you want Hertz to display all available rentals or a specific type of vehicle. If you found a deal that you want to use, make sure you check the discount box and enter the code before you hit the Submit button.
Alamo
You can see many of Alamo's special deals directly on their homepage. You will likely see specials that include:
- Save $25 when you rent a car for a week
- Save 10% when you pay for your rental online
- Upgrade compact through midsize cars for free
If there's a deal you want to use, go to its page and then click the Reserve Your Car Now button. This will take you to a page where you can enter the details of your trip to Orlando. Alamo will automatically fill in the coupon code for the deal you want to use. Once you've entered your information, you can click the red Continue button. Alamo will then display the deals that are available. You will also notice that the coupon you used is already applied to the prices of the results.
Orbitz
If you aren't sure which rental car company you want to use for your trip to Orlando, you can use Orbitz to search multiple ones at the same time. Start your search by selecting the Car radio button in the upper left corner of the Orbitz search box. You can then enter MCO in the pick-up and drop-off box, followed by choosing when you're going to visit Orlando. Once you click the blue Search button, Orbitz will find all of the deals that match the information you entered.
Every deal that Orbitz finds will be displayed on the next page. Although this will likely be quite a few deals, you'll have no trouble seeing everything that's available thanks to Orbitz using a matrix to display the results. In addition to making it easy to display all of the results, this matrix also allows you to sort by different criteria. Whether it's by price, company or type of car, you can change the matrix's sorting with a single click.
